INTERNATIONAL NETWORKING WEEK™

International Networking Week™, is an initiative of BNI, the largest business networking and referral organization in the world and is celebrated internationally in the first week of February. The purpose of International Networking Week™ is to raise the profile of networking in the wider community, recognizing it as an essential tool for success in today’s business and social climate.

The goal of International Networking Week™ is to recognize and celebrate the key role that networking plays in the development and success of businesses and communities in every part of the world. The designated week will feature a number of networking events across the globe, the focus of which will be to bring together representatives of government, businesses and the community to network with each other, in order to understand the concept of good networking. Speakers will offer advice and information on how businesses can grow and succeed through good networking practices.

In conjunction with the International Networking Week™, BNI Northern Region will be bringing together 400+ business owners and entrepreneurs from diverse industries, and different community organizations for a morning of business networking.

The aims of the event are to generate more business opportunities for participants and to assist business people to develop business relationships for long-term business growth, and at the same time promote networking opportunities for the various community organizations.

This event will be held from 7:30am to 11:00am at the Red Rock Hotel, Jalan Macalister, Penang on Wednesday 3^rd February 2010.

International Networking Week™ is a prime opportunity to network with other business people and discovers how building strong deep business relationships benefit businesses of all sizes; and it is open to all business professionals, trades people, students, press representatives, government and council representatives -in fact, anyone who values networking or would like to know more about business networking.
